I have been working online for about one year and I have found various ways to make money online. If you are new to the internet marketing scene, I would suggest that you begin by promoting other people’s products, which is called affiliate marketing. You can begin at Paydotcom choosing a product that pays out a high percentage for each sale that you make. Each product that you click on to promote is under the sell products tab. You simply register to become an affiliate and all the directions for promoting each product are provided for you at Paydotcom’s site.
These two marketplaces are particularly well though of by affiliate marketers because they have the highest percentage payoff for each of the products that you choose to promote such as 50 to 75 percent commission versus 8 to 10 percent of most other affiliate programs. Beautiful!
Secondly, Clickbank offers such an easy way to begin affiliate marketing. There are thousands of products to choose from. You simply choose one by going to sell products at the marketplace tab, and put in a keyword of the type or product you wish to promote and you can choose that product by popularity or other criteria and many choices will appear. You would want to choose to promote a product with a high gravity. Just wait until you make your first dollar online - it is addictive!
The third step is to drive traffic to wherever your link is posted. You can do this by article marketing such as this article that I am writing. You simply write an article that is at least 300 words long to 800 words in length, and post them to article directories online that you can find by searching for that term. Writing articles and putting a link to your website in the resource box is a great way to drive traffic back to your free blog or your paid hosted blog.
Articles that are well written stay online for months, perhaps years and you will have only written that article once. The beauty is that your article is picked up by other article directories to publish as content and then your article spreads like a virus across the internet and you will have many links back to your blog or website.
When you have traffic coming from article marketing or email promotions where you included your affiliate link, you will find that making money online from home is not so hard after all. The secret is to be consistent in submitting a slow, steady stream of articles to the article directories all pointing back to your website or free blog.
